ARE YOU A COMMONWEALTH ENTITY
Does this apply to you? If so write to your local Federal Member.
The Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police
68 Northbourne Avenue
Canberra 2600.
Dear Sir,
I recently attended at the Sydney Offices of the Australian Federal Police and while your officers were extremely courteous, I have noticed a flaw in their understanding of the words of the Criminal Code Act 1995 ( Cth).
My research and that of my friends indicates that entity is defined as an English word, in the Oxford Dictionary to include a things existence as opposed to its qualities or relations: thing that has real existence. The use of that word throughout Chapter 7 of the above Act, would be negatived if it was restricted by the use of the word Commonwealth and Commonwealth entity was confined to Commonwealth bodies corporate, but not natural persons. I am entitled to vote.
I refer you to the definition of entity contained in the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 (Q) S 36 where the word entity is defined in that Statute.
entity includes a person and an unincorporated body.
The Dictionary of the Criminal Code, does not make it clear, but By s 15AB Acts Interpretation Act 1901 ( Cth) extrinsic material may be used in interpreting an Act, and 15AA may be used to find the purpose of an Act. I suggest that the real purpose of the Criminal Code Act 1995 ( Cth) is to establish a National Police Force, to fight organized crime, and is authorized by S 51 Placitum (vi) Constitution. The corruption in New South Wales is organized crime.
As you are charged with upholding Commonwealth laws, by Section 61 Constitution, and S 8 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979, and S 118 Constitution makes the Queensland Act part of Australian law, I submit to you that you are now charged with protecting Australian citizens, as Commonwealth entities, against all the crimes enumerated in the Chapter 7 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 ( Cth).
If I am a Commonwealth entity, then what has happened to me, at the hands of the National Australia Bank and its employees are well and truly within the jurisdiction of Ch 7 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 ( Cth). I am probably covered by section 400.3 in any event. I would ask you to look at S 268:10 and 268:12 as well.
Would you please either accept my submission, or write to me denying to me the benefits of membership of the Commonwealth, so I can take the matter up with my local member.
Yours sincerely
