This page is the place where you can post an instance of disgraceful conduct by a judicial officer or other public official and post his or her name on the world wide web.
Disgraceful: DICTIONARY: Entailing disgrace, shameful, infamous, dishonourable.

The Purpose and object of this page, is to hold up to public scrutiny the conduct of Commonwealth public officials as defined in the Criminal Code Act 1995 ( Cth) who have conducted themselves disgracefully in the execution of their duties.
Crimes Act 1914 ( Cth) S 43: (1) Any person who attempts in any way not specially defined in this Act to obstruct, prevent, pervert or defeat the course of justice in respect of the Judicial Power of the Commonwealth shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty 5 years imprisonment or a fine of $33,000 per offence.
NO NAME WILL BE ADDED TO THIS LIST WITHOUT EITHER A STATUTORY DECLARATION AFFIDAVIT OR A COURT ADMISSIBLE PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE DOCUMENT AS EVIDENCE OF THE DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT.
S 129 (5) Evidence Act 1995, (Cth) Exclusion of Evidence of reasons for judicial (etc) decisions:
(5) This section DOES NOT APPLY in a proceeding that is:
(a) a prosecution for one or more of the following offences:
(i) An offence under Ch III Crimes Act 1914 ( Cth) ( see S 43 above.)
BEFORE ANY NAME IS ADDED TO THIS LIST AN OPPORTUNITY TO REMEDY THE FAULT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE ALLEGED OFFENDER AND HE OR SHE WILL BE GIVEN FOURTEEN DAYS TO RESPOND.

Once a persons name is on the list by reference to S 13 and 15F Crimes Act 1914 ( Cth) any person may commence a prosecution of that individual. This can include currently serving or retired solicitors and barristers, police officers, public servants, and anyone with a sense of public outrage.
